Campaign and prospects FAQ's
How many people can I add to a campaign?
There is no limit to the number of leads you can add to a campaign. You can add as many prospects as needed, allowing you to manage campaigns of any size. However, while there is no restriction on the number of prospects in a campaign, campaign execution is still subject to LinkedIn's daily activity limits and your account's configured sending limits. This helps ensure your outreach remains within safe usage limits while all eligible prospects are processed over time.
How many active campaigns can I have at a time?
There is no limit to the number of active campaigns you can have. If multiple campaigns are active, they will be executed one after another in a queue.
Do I need to keep the Flowkon tab open while my campaign is running?
No. There is no need to keep your browser or the Flowkon tab open. Your campaigns will continue running in the background.
How many campaigns can I create on my account?
There is no limit to the number of campaigns you can create on your account. You can create as many campaigns as needed.
What happens if I pause a campaign while actions are still pending?
When you pause a campaign, all pending and scheduled actions are temporarily halted. No new actions will be executed until the campaign is resumed. Once you resume the campaign, it continues from where it left off, and the remaining scheduled actions are processed according to the campaign flow.
What happens if a prospect replies?
If a prospect replies to any message in the campaign, all remaining scheduled actions for that prospect are automatically stopped, and no further actions will be executed. This prevents duplicate or unnecessary follow-ups and allows you to continue the conversation manually based on the prospect's response
Can I export campaign performance data?
Yes. You can export campaign performance data, including campaign metrics, for reporting and analysis. Exporting this information allows you to review campaign results, track outreach performance, and share insights with your team or use the data for further analysis.
Can I add the same prospect to multiple active campaigns at the same time?
No. A prospect can only be active in one campaign at a time. If the lead is already enrolled in an active campaign, it cannot be added to another active campaign until it is removed from the current campaign or the campaign is completed. This helps prevent duplicate outreach, avoids sending multiple messages to the same prospect , and ensures a consistent communication experience.
Will my prospects be deleted if I delete a campaign?
No. Deleting a campaign does not delete the propsects associated with it. Your prospects remain available in Flowkon and can be used in other campaigns or managed independently. Only the campaign and its associated workflow are removed.
Can I add or remove prospect from a running campaign?
Yes. You can add new prospects to a running campaign at any time, and they will automatically enter the campaign flow from the beginning.
You can also remove prospects from a running campaign, but only if they are in the Awaiting state. Leads that are already being processed or have completed campaign steps cannot be removed. This ensures that ongoing campaign actions are not interrupted.
After launching a campaign, is it possible to delete nodes from the flow?
No. Once a campaign has been launched, nodes cannot be deleted from the flow. This restriction helps maintain the campaign's integrity and ensures that prospects already moving through the workflow are not affected.
After launching a campaign, is it possible to edit a message or email body?
Yes. You can edit the content of message and email nodes even after the campaign has been launched. Any updates you make will be applied to prospects that have not yet reached those steps in the campaign. Prospects that have already received the original message or email will not be affected by the changes.
Why don't all available prospects appear after extraction?
Some prospects may be missing from the extracted results due to LinkedIn's platform limitations or the privacy settings of individual LinkedIn profiles. Common reasons include:
LinkedIn account extraction limits: LinkedIn enforces limits on profile views and data extraction to prevent excessive or automated activity. If your account reaches these limits, Flowkon may not be able to extract all available prospects. You can wait for the limits to reset and try again later.
Private or restricted profiles: Some LinkedIn users have privacy settings that restrict access to their profile information. If a profile is private or has limited visibility, Flowkon may not be able to retrieve the required details, causing those leads to be excluded from the extracted results.
If you notice missing prospects, ensure your LinkedIn account has not reached its activity limits and that the profiles you are trying to extract are publicly accessible or visible to your account.
Can I Add Prospects After a Campaign Has Started?
Yes. Flowkon allows you to add new prospects to a campaign even after it has been launched. This makes it easy to include additional leads without creating a new campaign.
Steps to Add Prospects to a Running Campaign Navigate to Campaigns from the left sidebar.
- Select the campaign you want to update.
- Click Edit to open the campaign.
- Go to Prospects and on Click Add more Prospects.

- Select the prospects you want to add to the campaign. And click on add to campaign. It will be added.
The newly added prospects will be included in the campaign and will begin following the campaign sequence based on its configured workflow.
Note
You can continue adding prospects to a campaign even after it has started.
Adding new prospects does not affect the progress of prospects who are already part of the campaign.
Only the newly added prospects will begin the campaign from the first step of the sequence.
Why do messages fail to send?
Messages may fail to send for several reasons. One of the most common reasons is that the LinkedIn account connected to the campaign has become disconnected from Flowkon.
Other possible reasons include:
- The LinkedIn account used for the campaign is disconnected.
- A temporary LinkedIn or network issue prevents the message from being sent.
- The recipient is no longer eligible to receive the message (for example, due to changes on LinkedIn).
Flowkon automatically retries sending a failed message up to four times. If the message still cannot be delivered after these retry attempts, it is marked as Failed and cannot be sent again through the campaign.
To investigate failed messages, check the Message node in the Campaign Builder or review the campaign Stats section.
How to Withdraw a Connection Request in Flowkon
- Open the Campaign Builder.
- Add the Withdraw Connection Request node to your campaign sequence.

- Configure the node based on when you want the connection request to be withdrawn.

Will the Working Hours setting apply to one particular campaign or all campaigns?
The Working Hours setting applies to all campaigns associated with your connected LinkedIn account. It is not specific to an individual campaign.

You can configure your working hours on a weekly basis by selecting the days and time ranges during which Flowkon is allowed to perform campaign activities.
Once your working hours are set, they will remain the same for all campaigns until you manually update or change the schedule.
You can set the working hours using the following steps - https://help.flowkon.io/article/100-where-to-find-the-working-hours-and-how-to-update
Can I set different working hours for different days of the week?
No. Working hours can only be configured once for a single time zone. The same working hours schedule will be used across all days and campaigns until you update it manually. Different working hours cannot be configured for individual days within the same schedule.
