Create a campaign from scratch

You can create a campaign from scratch by configuring the campaign details, selecting a LinkedIn search, adding prospects, and building your campaign sequence.

Step 1: Go to Campaigns

  1. Log in to your Flowkon account.
  2. Go to the Campaigns tab.

  1. Click + New Campaign.

You will be redirected to the Campaign Info page.

Step 2: Enter Campaign Information

On the Campaign Info page, enter the required campaign details:

Campaign Name

Enter a name that helps you easily identify your campaign. You can name your campaign based on its purpose, target audience, or outreach strategy.

Select the Email Account to Send Emails

Select the email account that you want to use to send emails to prospects during the campaign. If you haven't connected an email account yet, click Connect Email Account to connect one.

Campaign Goal

Select the main purpose of your campaign. For example, your goal could be to:

  • Generate prospects
  • Conduct founder outreach
  • Promote an event

Campaign Description

Add additional information about your campaign. You can use this field to describe the campaign's purpose, strategy, or any other relevant details.

Industry

Select the industry you want to target with your campaign.

Target Job Titles

Select the job titles of the prospects you want to target.

After entering all the required information, click Next.

Step 3: Find Prospects

You will now be redirected to the Find Prospects page.

Here, you can select the prospects you want to target by choosing an existing prospect list or creating a new prospect list

Select an existing prospect list from the available list.

Create a New Prospect List

If you do not have an existing prospect list, click Find Prospects to create a new search.

Select any preferred prospect method.

Once you have selected or created your prospect list, click Next.

Step 4: Sequence

Here, you can either:

  • Use a pre-existing campaign template, or
  • Create a campaign from scratch.

Step 5: Build Your Campaign Sequence

After clicking Create from Scratch, a blank campaign builder will open.

Click Add to add the first node to your campaign.

For the first node, you can select one of the following actions or conditions:

  • View Profile
  • Follow Profile
  • Like Post
  • If Connected
  • If Email Available

Select the node you want to use as the first step of your campaign.

Step 6: Add More Nodes

Once you add the first node, you will see two options below it:

  • Add – Use this option to add the next action or condition nodes to your campaign sequence.
  • End – Use this option to end the campaign sequence.

Click Add to view the available nodes and continue building your campaign workflow.

You can keep adding nodes to create the desired campaign sequence.

Step 7: End the Campaign

When you want the campaign sequence to end, click End.

The End node marks the end of the campaign flow and indicates that no further actions will be performed for the prospect after reaching this point.

Note

The campaign sequence should always have a defined end point. Make sure to add an End node when you have completed building your campaign workflow.

Step 8: Add Prospects

Add prospects to the campaign by selecting the checkbox next to each prospect you want to include. To add every prospect in the list at once, click the Add All Prospects button. Once selected, the chosen prospects will be added to the campaign. Click on save and review campaign.

Step 9: Launch the campaign

After completing all the required campaign configurations, review your settings and click Launch Campaign to activate the campaign and begin the outreach process.
