Like post
The Like a Post action in Flowkon lets you automatically like a lead’s recent LinkedIn post during your outreach campaign. This helps you engage with leads before sending a connection request, making your outreach feel more natural and personal. When leads see your interaction on their content, they are more likely to notice and accept your request. This approach can help you build better connections and improve your LinkedIn outreach results.

View profile
The Visit Profile action in Flowkon allows the system to open and view a lead’s LinkedIn profile as part of your outreach sequence. When the profile is visited, LinkedIn may notify the lead that you viewed their profile, helping your name become familiar before any direct interaction.
This action also helps Flowkon collect and update the latest information available on the lead’s profile. By doing this at the beginning of your campaign, you can make sure your outreach is based on the most recent profile details.
Adding the Visit Profile step at the beginning of your campaign sequence allows Flowkon to first collect and update the lead’s latest LinkedIn profile information before moving to the next outreach actions.

Endorse
The Skill Endorsement action in Flowkon allows you to endorse skills of your 1st-degree LinkedIn connections as part of your outreach sequence. This is a simple way to engage with your connections, stay visible, and create a more personal interaction on LinkedIn.
Endorsing skills can also help start conversations naturally and strengthen professional relationships before sending follow-ups or messages. Each Skill Endorsement step endorses one skill at a time. If you want to endorse multiple skills for the same connection, you can add the Skill Endorsement action multiple times within your campaign sequence.

Follow profile
The Follow Profile action is a simple way to make your outreach feel more natural on LinkedIn. Instead of sending a connection request right away, you can first follow the lead’s profile and gradually engage with their activity.
This feature is designed for 2nd and 3rd-degree LinkedIn connections. Following a lead before reaching out helps increase familiarity and keeps your profile visible to them. You can also combine this with other engagement actions, such as liking posts, to create a warmer and more personalized outreach experience.

Company follow invite
The Invite to Follow Company action in Flowkon allows you to invite leads to follow your LinkedIn company page directly from your outreach campaign. To use this action successfully, make sure you add the correct LinkedIn company page URL. The URL should contain the company name, such as:
https://www.linkedin.com/company/your-page/
URLs that contain only a company ID instead of the company name may not work properly for sending follow invites. You can find the correct company page URL by opening the LinkedIn company page as a normal LinkedIn user instead of viewing it from the admin panel.
This action is useful for growing your company page followers and increasing the visibility of your LinkedIn content among your target audience.

Connect
The Connection Request action in Flowkon allows you to send LinkedIn connection requests to your leads as part of your outreach sequence. This action works for leads who are not connected with you on LinkedIn.
You can personalize your connection request by adding a custom note to make your outreach more engaging. Before sending a connection request, Flowkon automatically checks the lead’s current connection status to ensure the request can be sent correctly. This helps maintain a smooth and accurate outreach flow.

Withdraw request
The Withdraw Connection Request action in Flowkon allows you to automatically remove pending LinkedIn connection requests that have not been accepted by the lead.Sometimes leads may not respond to a connection request for a long time.Using this action helps you keep your LinkedIn account clean.
You can add this step after a waiting period in your campaign sequence. If the lead does not accept your connection request within the selected time, Flowkon will automatically withdraw the request.

Follow-up
The Follow-Up Message action in Flowkon allows you to send LinkedIn messages to your 1st-degree connections as part of your outreach campaign. This includes both your existing LinkedIn connections and leads who accept your connection request during the campaign.
Once a lead becomes your 1st-degree connection, you can continue the conversation by sending personalized follow-up messages. This helps you build stronger relationships, keep the conversation active, and engage with leads in a more meaningful way.
Follow-up messages are commonly used to introduce yourself, share additional information, continue a previous conversation, or guide leads toward the next step in your outreach process.
Adding follow-up messages to your sequence also helps create a more natural communication flow instead of stopping the interaction after the connection request is accepted.

Inmail
InMail is a premium messaging feature available with LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator subscriptions that allows you to send direct messages to LinkedIn members even if you are not connected with them. With a standard LinkedIn account, you can typically message only your 1st-degree connections. With InMail, you can reach prospects, recruiters, hiring managers, or other LinkedIn members without sending a connection request first.
Find email
The Find Email action in Flowkon helps you search for and retrieve a lead’s email address during your outreach campaign. This action is commonly used when a lead does not already have an email address available in the system. Instead of stopping the email outreach flow, Flowkon can attempt to find the lead’s email and continue the sequence automatically.
The Find Email node is usually added in the negative path of the If Email Exists condition. If no email address is found initially, the campaign can use this action to search for one before moving to the next step.

Send email
The Send Email action in Flowkon allows you to send emails to leads directly through your campaign sequence. Before using this action, you need to connect your email account with Flowkon. Once the integration is completed, emails can be sent to leads whose email addresses are available in the system.
It is recommended to use the If Email Exists condition before the Send Email step. This condition checks whether the lead has an email address associated with their profile. If an email address is available, the lead moves through the positive path where the email will be sent. If the email address is not available, the lead can move through the negative path where you can use other action, such as the Find Email action, to search for and retrieve the lead’s email address before continuing the outreach sequence.
