How to use conditional actions?
Conditional actions in flowkon are used to create smarter and more personalized campaign workflows based on prospect activity and engagement.
Flowkon provides different conditional actions such as:
- If connected
- If email exists
- If email opened
- If email clicked
If Connected
The If Connected condition in Flowkon is used to check the current LinkedIn connection status between you and a prospect before the campaign performs the next action.
This condition helps the campaign decide which path the prospect should follow based on whether they are already your 1st-degree connection or not. It ensures that the right outreach actions are used for the right type of prospect.
For example, if the prospect is already connected with you on LinkedIn, the campaign can continue with actions such as sending follow-up messages. If the prospect is not connected, the campaign can move forward with actions like sending a connection request or engaging with the prospect’s profile first.
Using the If Connected condition helps create smarter and more personalized outreach flows while avoiding actions that may not be applicable to certain propsects. when sending the new connection it can take up to 8hrs from the time of invitation is accepted.

If Email Exists
The If Email Exists condition in Flowkon is used to check whether a prospect has a valid email address available before continuing with email outreach actions.
This condition helps the campaign create different paths based on the availability of the prospect’s email address. If an email address is available, the prospect can continue through the positive path where actions such as Send Email can be performed.
If no email address is found, the prospect moves through the negative path. In this path, you can add other actions like Find Email to search for the prospect’s email address before continuing the campaign. Using the If Email Exists condition helps avoid failed email actions and ensures your outreach flow runs more smoothly and efficiently.

If Email Opened
The If Email Opened condition in Flowkon is used to check whether a prospect has opened a previously sent email during the campaign.
This condition helps you create smarter outreach flows based on the prospect’s engagement with your emails. If the prospect opens the email, they can move through the positive path where you can continue with follow-up actions, additional emails, or LinkedIn outreach steps.
If the email was not opened, the prospect can move through the negative path where you may choose to send a different follow-up message, wait for some time, or try another engagement approach. Using the If Email Opened condition helps you better understand prospect interest and allows you to personalize your outreach sequence based on real engagement activity.

If Email Clicked
The If Email Clicked condition in Flowkon checks whether a prospect has clicked on any link included in a previously sent email. This condition helps identify prospects who are actively engaging with your email content. When a prospect clicks a link in the email, it usually indicates a higher level of interest in your message, product, service, or shared content.
If the prospect clicks on any link in the email, the campaign moves through the positive path where you can continue with more targeted follow-ups, outreach actions, or engagement steps. If no link is clicked, the prospect can move through the negative path where you may choose a different follow-up strategy.
Using the If Email Clicked condition allows you to build smarter campaigns based on prospect engagement and focus more on prospects showing strong interest.

Additionally, Flowkon allows users to configure custom delays to create personalized outreach campaigns based on their business requirements.
