How to create a campaign?

To create a new campaign in Flowkon, go to the Campaigns tab from the sidebar and click on the + New Campaign button.

After clicking on New Campaign, you will be taken to the campaign setup page, which consists of 4 steps.

In the first step, enter the basic details for your campaign:

Campaign Name - The Campaign Name is used to identify your campaign easily. You can give a name based on your campaign purpose, target audience.
Select the email account to send emails - This option allows you to choose the email account that will be used to send emails to prospects during the campaign.
Campaign Goal - The Campaign Goal defines the purpose of your campaign, such as generate leads, founder outreach, or promote events.
Description - The description option will allow you to add extra information about the campaign.

This step can be skipped if needed.

In this step, you can define your target audience by selecting:

Industry- This option will allow you to add to which industry you will target for example information technology, finance and banking, healthcare and life science etc.
Target Job Title - This option will allow us to provide the job title.

This step is optional and can also be skipped.

In this step we can click on the search we have created depending on our requirement. Click on next button

You can also create the search by clicking on the create search button.

In the final step, select how you want to build your campaign.

You will have two options:

Use Existing Templates – when you click on the use existing templates you will be directed to the pre-built templates. By selecting any one of them based on the requirement you can launch the campaign quickly. If you further want to add some other actions you can add by clicking on the + sign, there will be different actions that you can add. To know more about how to use a prebuilt template click here .

Create From Scratch – when you click on the create from scratch you will be redirected to the flow builder where you can create and customize your campaign flow by adding different actions and conditions. If you have any follow-up actions or any email actions you can add your message and even, you can add the delay time. Click on finish then the campaign will be created, and u will be directed to the builder. To know more about how to create a template from scratch click here.
