How to add message in follow-up node?

Once a campaign is created if you have any follow-up action nodes you can add your message. Click on the action node the dialog box will appear in the right side where you can add your message.

In the dialog shown in the image below, you can write your message in the Message Body section.

You can also insert the available placeholders into the message wherever required. Placeholders help personalize the message dynamically for each lead. You can add the placeholder just by clicking “/”.You can also add dynamic placeholders.

After completing the message content, click on the Save Changes button to save the message configuration.
