How to add prospects to the campaign?

Once the campaign is created follow the steps below to add the prospects into the campaign.

1. Once sequence is build you will redirected to add prospects page.

2. You can search the prospects in the search bar if you want specific prospects to your campaign or select random prospects. After selecting you can click on the checkbox.

3. You can also directly go through the prospects in the list or filter by location or tags as well and select the multiple prospects by clicking on the checkbox.

Note

To use filter by tags you must have created tags if no tags are created create new.

4. Once you have selected prospects click on Save and Review Campaign.

5. You can also see only selected prospects by turning on selected prospects radio button.

Note

If the prospect is already added in any campaign, then the same prospect cannot be added to the other campaign. The prospect can only be added to the campaign if they are not added to any other campaign which are in running state.
