How to add leads to the campaign?

Once the campaign is created follow the steps below to add the leads into the campaign.

  1. Click on the prospects tab in the campaign overview page where you can see all the leads.


  1. You can search the leads in the search bar. After searching you can click on the checkbox then you will see the pop-up below with the add to campaign button, when you click on that button the particular lead will be added to the campaign. 

  1. You can also directly go through the leads in the list and select the multiple leads by clicking on the checkbox and add to the campaign by clicking on the add to campaign button.

You can also see the number of leads added to the campaign.

In the leads list you can see the different information in the table like connection status, running status, engagement status, tags, stats and CRM. 


Note

If the lead is already added in any campaign, then the same lead cannot be added to the other campaign. The leads can only be added to the campaign if they are not added to any other campaign which are in running state.
