Campaign overview


In the campaign overview page, you can view the overall progress of leads within the campaign workflow.

The page displays different lead statuses, including:

  • Finished - Shows the number of leads that have successfully completed the entire campaign flow.
  • In Progress – Displays leads that are currently moving through the campaign sequence and actively receiving outreach actions.
  • Waiting – Indicates leads that are waiting for the action.
  • Paused – Shows leads whose campaign activity has been stopped.
  • Failed – Displays leads for whom one or more campaign actions could not be completed successfully due to errors, restrictions, or other issues.

The tabs in campaign overview page includes

  • Builder
  • Prospects
  • Statistics
  • CRM sync
  • settings

Builder

The Builder tab is the main place where you can create, organize, and customize your complete campaign workflow. Using the available actions, conditions, and sequence steps, you can design outreach flows based on your campaign goals and automation requirements. 

To add actions or conditions to the workflow, click on the “+” (Plus). This allows you to build your sequence step by step by adding actions such as profile visits, connection requests, follow-up messages, email actions, conditions, delays, and other workflow steps based on the requirement.

The builder page also provides several controls to help you navigate and manage the workflow more efficiently:

  • Zoom In (+) – Allows you to zoom into the workflow for a closer and more detailed view of the campaign steps.
  • Zoom Out (-) – Allows you to zoom out and view a larger section of the workflow at once.
  • Lock Builder Icon – Used to lock the builder canvas. When enabled, it prevents adding new nodes or making changes to the workflow accidentally. This is useful when reviewing or analyzing an existing campaign flow without modifying it.
  • Fit to Screen Icon – Automatically adjusts and fits the entire workflow within the builder page so you can easily view all campaign steps together.

The Builder tab helps you easily create and manage your outreach workflow. You can add different actions, automate campaign steps, and organize the sequence based on your outreach needs. 


Prospects

The Prospects tab allows you to view, manage, and organize all the leads associated with your campaign. From this section, you can add leads to campaigns, and manage which leads are currently part of the outreach sequence. 

Inside the Prospects tab, you can view leads under different categories:

  • All Prospects – Displays the complete list of prospects available in the campaign.
  • In Campaign – Shows the leads that are currently added to the campaign and actively participating in the selected campaign.
  • Not in Campaign – Displays the prospects that are available in the campaign but have not yet been added to the current campaign.

The Prospects tab also includes a search option that helps you quickly find specific leads using details such as their name, LinkedIn profile, or other available information. This makes it easier to manage large prospect lists and quickly add the required leads to your campaign.


Manage tags

Using tags in Flowkon is a simple and effective way to organize and manage your leads more efficiently. You can also edit, update, or remove tags whenever needed. 


In the table below u can see the different information related to the leads like lead

Information connection status, running status, engagement status, tags, stats, CRM.

  1. Lead information

It consists of a lead profile. When you click on that it will take you to the lead details page and when you click on the link it will take you to the leads linkedin profile.

  1. Connection status

The Connection Status column helps you quickly identify whether a lead is connected with you on LinkedIn or not. It displays the current connection level of each prospect, making it easier to manage outreach actions based on the status.

  • Connected indicates that the lead is already your 1st-degree LinkedIn connection.
  • Not Connected indicates that the lead is not yet connected with you and may still require engagement or a connection request.

You can also use the filter option available in the Connection Status column to quickly sort and view leads based on their connection status. This helps you easily identify:

  • Leads who are already connected
  • Leads who are not connected

Using these filters makes lead management simpler and helps you target the right audience for different outreach actions within your campaign.


  1. Running status

All - Displays all leads regardless of their current campaign status.

In Progress - Shows leads that are actively moving through the campaign workflow and receiving outreach actions

Failed - shows the failed leads            

Finished - Shows leads who have completed the entire campaign sequence. 

Draft - show the leads that are draft

Awaiting - Shows leads that are currently waiting for the next scheduled campaign action or delay period to complete. 

Paused - shows the leads that are paused

Not Selected - Shows leads that are available but not currently assigned or active in a running campaign flow. 



  1. Engagement status

The Engagement Status column helps you track the interaction status of leads within the campaign, especially after follow-up messages are sent. 

When a campaign includes a Follow-Up Message step, the engagement status will initially display as Awaiting Reply. This indicates that the message has been sent and the system is waiting for the lead to respond.

Once the lead replies to the message on LinkedIn, the engagement status automatically changes to Replied. This helps you quickly identify which leads have engaged with your outreach and responded to your messages.

Using the Engagement Status column makes it easier to monitor conversations, track lead interactions, and focus on prospects who are actively engaging with your outreach campaigns.



  1. Tags

Using tags in Flowkon is a simple and effective way to organize and manage your leads more efficiently. You can also edit, update, or remove tags whenever needed.


  1. Stats

The Stats section provides detailed information about the actions and activities performed by each lead within the campaign. When you click on the Stats option for a lead, you can view the actions that have been performed during the campaign, such as:

  • Profile visits
  • Connection requests sent
  • Messages delivered
  • Follow-up activities
  • Email actions

  1. CRM

The CRM section shows whether a lead is connected or synced with any integrated CRM platform. This helps you easily identify which leads are already available in your CRM system without needing to check manually. 


Statistics

The Statistics tab provides a complete overview of the campaign performance and lead engagement activities. It helps you monitor outreach progress, track engagement metrics, and analyze campaign results more effectively. 

Inside the Statistics tab, you can view different sections related to campaign performance, including 

Outreach summary

This section includes important campaign statistics such as: 

Invites Sent - Displays the total number of LinkedIn connection requests sent to leads during the campaign.

Acceptance Rate - Shows the percentage of connection requests that were accepted by leads. This helps measure how effective your targeting and outreach approach are.

Messages Sent - Displays the total number of messages and follow-up messages delivered to leads as part of the campaign sequence.

Reply Rate - Shows the percentage of leads who responded to your outreach messages, helping you understand overall engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Activity overview

In this section, you can view the number of profile visits, the number of posts liked during the outreach sequence, company follow invitations sent to leads, skill endorsements completed for connected leads etc. These metrics help you understand how actively the campaign is engaging with prospects and allow you to monitor different interaction activities performed throughout the outreach workflow. 

Email performance

In this section, you can view important email metrics such as the total number of emails sent, the Open Rate, which shows how many leads opened the email, and the Click Rate, which indicates how many leads clicked on links included in the email content.

These statistics help you analyze lead engagement, monitor email performance, and improve your outreach strategy based on how prospects interact with your emails.

Recent activity

In this section, all recent campaign activities are logged, such as connection requests sent, profile visits, messages delivered, replies received, email activities, engagement actions, and other workflow updates.The Recent Activity section helps you stay updated with ongoing campaign actions and provides a quick view of the latest outreach activities happening within the campaign.

CRM sync status

The CRM Sync Status section helps you track the activities and data that have been synchronized between Flowkon and the connected CRM platform.You can learn more about CRM integration by clicking here.

In this section, you can view CRM-related updates such as:

  • Contact Logged – Indicates that the lead or contact information has been successfully added or synced to the CRM.
  • Task Logged – Shows that campaign-related tasks or activities have been created and recorded in the CRM system.
  • Replied Logged – Indicates that the lead’s reply or response has been successfully synced and updated in the CRM.

CRM sync

The CRM Sync feature in Flowkon allows you to connect your campaign with your preferred CRM and keep all your data automatically updated in one place. You can learn more about CRM integration by clicking here.

Instead of manually exporting or updating contacts, you can seamlessly sync campaign activities such as contacts, replies, and tasks directly into your CRM through available integrations.

Once you open the CRM Sync tab, you’ll find a set of configuration settings that need to be completed before syncing begins like CRM account,Sync Campaign prospects as,Sync Campaign Actions As Tasks etc.Once the setup is complete, your campaign stays continuously synced, ensuring that your CRM always reflects the latest interactions without any manual effort. 

CRM Account

Here, you need to select the CRM platform you want to integrate with Flowkon. This is the first step that connects your campaign to the right external system where all your data will be synced.

Sync Campaign prospects as : 

This option allows you to decide how your campaign prospects (leads) should be organized inside your CRM. You can choose the boards where you want these leads to be synced.There are two boards you can choose any one.

Sync Campaign Actions As Tasks 

This option converts your campaign actions into tasks inside your CRM. For example, activities like sending messages, connection requests, or follow-ups will automatically appear as tasks, making it easier for your sales or marketing team to track what needs to be done. 

Sync Replies As Tasks 

This option helps you stay on top of important responses from your prospects. If you have added a Follow-up Message node in your campaign, you can enable this toggle to sync replies as tasks in your CRM. This ensures that every important response is captured and assigned as a task, so no conversation gets missed. 

After completing the configuration, you can save your settings by clicking on the Save Configuration button. This will store all the CRM mapping and sync preferences you’ve set for your campaign.

Once the configuration is saved, you can activate the integration by clicking on the Enable Sync button. This will start syncing your campaign data with the selected CRM platform, ensuring that all prospects, actions, and updates are automatically reflected in your CRM.

Sync Summary

In the same CRM Sync tab, you can also view a detailed Sync Summary that gives you a quick overview of how your campaign data is being synced with your CRM.This section helps you easily track the status of your prospects and understand the overall sync.

You can see the overall status of your campaign prospects, including:

  • Total Prospects – The total number of leads available in your campaign
  • Synced – Prospects that have been successfully synced to your CRM
  • Pending – Prospects that are waiting to be synced
  • Failed – Prospects that could not be synced due to an issue
  • CRM Account – The selected CRM platform and account details
  • Prospect sync mapping – The boards or sections where your prospects are being stored in the CRM
  • Campaign Node Sync - This section indicates how individual campaign actions (nodes) are being synced into your CRM, such as messages, tasks, and follow-ups. It ensures that every step of your campaign workflow is properly tracked.
  • Last Synced – The most recent time your data was successfully synced
  • Last Updated – The latest update made to your campaign or sync configuration

Failed syncs

If any sync actions fail during the CRM integration, you can view them in the Failed Sync section. This area helps you quickly identify which prospects or actions were not successfully synced to your CRM.


Along with failures, this section also displays warnings. One of the most common warnings appears when field mapping is not done.You can learn about CRM filed mapping by clicking here.

Settings

In the Settings tab, you can manage and update configurations related to your campaign. This section allows you to keep your campaign details up to date and aligned with your outreach goals. 

In the Basic Details section, you can update the core information of your campaign, including:

  • Campaign Name – Update or rename your campaign anytime based on your use case or internal tracking needs.
  • Goal - The Goal setting defines the main objective of your campaign and helps Flowkon understand what you are trying to achieve with your outreach. You can select from different campaign goals based on your requirement, such as booking meetings, generating leads, or promoting events etc.

  • Job title-The Job Title setting helps you define the specific roles you want to target in your campaign. This ensures your outreach reaches the right decision-makers within an organization. You can select job titles such as CEO, CTO, and COO etc.
  • Mail Sending Account – Choose or update the email account that will be used to send campaign emails to your prospects.
  • Mail sending account- The Mail Sending Account setting lets you select or update the email account that will be used to send campaign emails to your prospects. This ensures all your outreach emails are delivered through the correct connected account.
  • Industry- The Industry setting allows you to define the target sector for your campaign. This helps Flowkon better understand the type of audience you are focusing on and improves the relevance of your outreach. You can select industries such as Information Technology and Software etc.

After making the required changes in the Settings tab, you can click on the Save button to store and apply all the updates to your campaign. This ensures that your modified configuration is successfully saved.
