How to import leads from a CSV file?

A CSV file is a simple spreadsheet file created in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools that contains information about your prospects. Along with the required LinkedIn profile URL, you can include additional details such as first name, last name, email, company name, job title, phone number, or any other custom data you'd like to use in your outreach.

Before you upload

  • The maximum supported file size is 10 MB.
  • Every row must include a valid LinkedIn profile URL. Flowkon cannot identify prospects using names alone.
  • Remove duplicate entries and delete any unnecessary empty rows or columns before uploading.
  • To ensure your file is formatted correctly, we recommend using the provided CSV example template as a reference.

How to create a CSV Search list ?

  1. Open Flowkon and go to the Search page.and click the Create Search button.

  1. Select Upload CSV from the options and click on Next button..

  1. Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area, or click to browse and select it from your computer.

  1. Before continuing, make sure your file follows the required format and contains LinkedIn profile URLs for every lead. If needed, download and compare it with our sample CSV file. 
  2. After clicking on Next button, Flowkon will automatically validate your file and start the import..

Note: Flowkon saves all lead data from your uploaded CSV file. LinkedIn profile information is not fetched during import and will only be retrieved when a campaign is launched with those leads.
