Workspace and Linkedin account FAQ's

Can I manage all my LinkedIn conversations in one place?

Yes. Flowkon's Unified Conversations allows you to manage all your LinkedIn conversations from a single location. You can view and respond to LinkedIn messages, InMail replies, and campaign conversations without switching between multiple tabs or accounts. This centralized inbox helps you stay organized, track ongoing conversations, and respond to prospects more efficiently.

Which LinkedIn account types are compatible with Flowkon?

Flowkon is compatible with all LinkedIn account types, including Basic (Free), Premium, Premium Business, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite. You can connect any of these account types to Flowkon and use its automation features.

Do I need to reconnect my LinkedIn account after changing my LinkedIn plan?

Yes. If you change your LinkedIn plan (for example, upgrading to Sales Navigator), you need to reconnect your LinkedIn account in Flowkon to ensure everything continues to work correctly.

Do I need a LinkedIn Premium account to use Flowkon?

No. You can use Flowkon with both a free LinkedIn account and a paid LinkedIn account.

Can I reconnect a LinkedIn account after removing it from Flowkon?

No. Once a LinkedIn account has been removed from Flowkon, it cannot be reconnected. If you need to reconnect the account, please contact the Flowkon support team for assistance.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can invite to a workspace?

No. There is no limit to the number of users you can invite to a workspace. You can add as many team members as needed to collaborate on campaigns, manage leads, and access workspace resources based on their assigned roles and permissions.

What user roles are available in a workspace?

Flowkon supports four workspace roles: Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. Each role has a different level of access and permissions. The Owner has full control over the workspace, Admins can manage workspace settings and users, Members can work on assigned campaigns and related tasks, and Viewers have read-only access to view workspace data without making any changes.
