Reconnect LinkedIn/Sales navigator account?
Your LinkedIn or sales navigator account may need to be reconnected to Flowkon for a few different reasons — most commonly when a session expires, or when you upgrade from a standard LinkedIn account to sales navigator. The reconnection process is the same in both cases.
When do you need to reconnect?
- Expired session — LinkedIn periodically requires re-authentication, causing the account to show as expired or disconnected on the Connections page.
- Upgraded to Sales Navigator — If you upgrade your LinkedIn account from a standard subscription to Sales Navigator after it's already connected to Flowkon, you'll need to reconnect it. This is because Flowkon identifies your account type at the time of initial authorization — if the upgrade happens afterward, Flowkon will continue treating it as a standard account until you reconnect. Sales navigator features and capabilities won't be available until the account information is refreshed.
Follow the steps below to reconnect your account.
- Click on LinkedIn account. Select manage LinkedIn accounts.

- On the connections locate your LinkedIn account. In the actions column, click the three-dot menu (⋮). Select reconnect account from the dropdown menu.

- Reconnect account pop-up window will appear. Enter the LinkedIn email address and password associated with your LinkedIn account. Click reconnect account to complete the reconnection process (use your Sales Navigator credentials if reconnecting after an upgrade).

Once successful:
- If reconnecting after an expired session, the account becomes active again.
- If reconnecting after a sales navigator upgrade, Flowkon will detect the active subscription and enable the associated sales navigator features within the platform.
Note: The dropdown menu also includes a delete account option if you'd prefer to remove the connection instead of reconnecting it.
