ZOHO CRM integration
The Zoho CRM integration allows you to connect your Zoho workspace with Flowkon, making it easier to manage and organize your prospect data across both platforms.
By connecting Zoho CRM, you can centralize your lead management process and ensure that your sales team always has access to the latest information without relying on manual imports or spreadsheets.
Purpose and Goal
The Zoho CRM integration is designed to help you:
- Connect Flowkon with your Zoho CRM account.
- Keep lead and contact information organized.
- Reduce repetitive manual data entry.
- Customize how Flowkon fields map to Zoho CRM fields.
- Build a more efficient and connected sales workflow.
How to Connect Zoho CRM
- Open Integrations Page in Flowkon.

- Find the Zoho CRM integration card. Click Connect Zoho.

- A Zoho authorization window will open.
- Sign in to your Zoho account and grant the required permissions.
- After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to Flowkon, and the integration will display a Connected status.
Field Mapping
After connecting Zoho CRM, you can configure Field Mapping to control how your Flowkon data is synchronized.
Field Mapping allows you to match Flowkon fields with the appropriate Zoho CRM fields.
For example, you can map:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Company Name
- Job Title
- LinkedIn Profile URL
- Phone Number
- Location
You can update these mappings at any time by opening the Zoho CRM integration and selecting Field Mapping.
Managing Your Integration
Once connected, the Zoho CRM integration provides several management options.
Edit
Disconnect or reconnect your Zoho CRM authorization whenever necessary.
Field Mapping
Customize how Flowkon fields correspond to your Zoho CRM fields.
Disconnect
If you no longer wish to use the integration, you can disconnect it directly from the Integrations page.
Note: Disconnecting the integration will stop future synchronization between Flowkon and Zoho CRM. Existing records already stored in Zoho will not be deleted.
