From here, you can:
- Change Salesforce account
- Disconnect Salesforce

Disconnect Salesforce
If you no longer wish to use Salesforce with Flowkon, you can disconnect the integration.
Important
Disconnecting Salesforce will:
- Stop future synchronization between Flowkon and Salesforce.
- Prevent new leads and contacts from being synced.
- Leave all existing Salesforce records unchanged.
No previously synced records will be deleted from Salesforce.
Field Mapping
When you click the Field Mapping button, you'll be able to customize how Flowkon lead information is synchronized with Salesforce.

Field Mapping allows you to match Flowkon fields with their corresponding Salesforce fields. This ensures that whenever lead data is synced to Salesforce, the information is stored in the correct Salesforce fields based on the mappings you have configured.
For example, you can map a Flowkon field such as Company Name to the appropriate Salesforce field, ensuring data is transferred accurately and consistently during synchronization.

At any time, you can click Field Mapping to modify how information is synchronized.
This allows you to:
- Add new mappings
- Update existing mappings
- Align Flowkon data with Salesforce custom fields
- Adjust mappings as your CRM structure evolves
Changes take effect during future synchronization activities.
After connecting to Salesforce, you can configure Field Mapping to determine how Flowkon data is stored inside your CRM.
Field Mapping allows you to link Flowkon fields with Salesforce Lead or Contact fields.
Common mappings include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Company Name
- Job Title
- LinkedIn Profile URL
- Phone Number
- Location
You can modify these mappings at any time by opening the Salesforce integration and selecting Field Mapping.
Why Field Mapping Matters
Field Mapping ensures that information from Flowkon is stored in the correct Salesforce fields.
For example:
| Flowkon Field | Salesforce Field |
| First Name | First Name |
| Company Name | Company |
| Email Address | |
| Job Title | Title |
|
|
|
By configuring mappings correctly, your CRM data remains clean, organized, and consistent.
