Workspace 

A Workspace acts as the main organizational boundary within Flowkon, helping teams manage their resources, users, and activities in a structured and secure manner. Everything related to your outreach operations is organized inside a workspace, ensuring better control, collaboration, and separation between teams. 

The Workspace Overview page provides a quick summary of all the important information related to the current workspace. It helps you easily monitor connected accounts, campaigns, members, and workspace roles from a single place. 

LinkedIn accounts

The LinkedIn Accounts displays the total number of LinkedIn accounts connected to the current workspace. 

Campaigns

The Campaigns section shows the total number of campaigns created in the workspace, including campaigns that have been deleted. This gives you complete visibility into the overall campaign activity and history associated with the workspace.

Members

The Members section displays the total number of members currently added to the workspace. This helps administrators quickly understand the size of the team collaborating within the workspace and managing outreach activities.  

Defined roles

The Defined Roles section shows the total number of roles within the workspace. These roles help manage permissions and access levels for workspace members, ensuring proper control and responsibility distribution across the team 

Recent activity

The Recent Activity section displays the latest activities and updates that have taken place within the workspace. This helps you stay informed about important actions and changes happening across the team.
