Account and profile page
Profile information
The Profile Information section allows you to manage and update your personal account details in Flowkon.
In this section, you can add or edit important profile information such as:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Keeping your profile information updated helps maintain accurate account details and improves account management within the platform.
After making the required changes, click on the Save Changes button to update your profile information successfully.

Manage mailbox
The Manage Mailbox section allows you to connect your email accounts with Flowkon for sending campaign emails to leads directly from the platform.
You can connect:
- Gmail accounts
- SMTP
Once connected, all added mailboxes will appear in the Manage Mailbox section and can be selected while creating or managing email campaigns.
The connected email accounts are used to send emails to leads as part of your outreach campaigns. This helps you manage email communication directly through Flowkon without switching between multiple platforms.
While setting up a campaign, you can choose the preferred connected mailbox for sending emails. All campaign emails, follow-ups, and email activities will be processed using the selected mailbox.
Connecting mailboxes also helps centralize outreach management and maintain smoother communication with leads during campaign execution.

Notifications
The Notification section helps you stay updated with all important activities, alerts, and updates happening in the platform. Notifications help you quickly track campaign activities, account updates, system alerts, and newly released features without missing any important information. Notifications are organized into different categories to make them easier to manage and view.


In each notification group, you can choose how you want to receive notifications. You can enable Email Notifications, In-App Notifications, or both based on your preference.
If you turn on Email Notifications, all notifications from that category will be sent to your registered email address. If you turn on In-App Notifications, you will receive the notifications directly inside the Flowkon platform.
You can also enable both options to receive notifications in email as well as inside Flowkon. This helps you manage and track important updates in the way that is most convenient for you.

The notifications are divided into 6 groups: General, System, Product, LinkedIn, workspace, campaign.
General Notifications
The General section contains daily activity updates related to your campaigns and workspace activities. Here, you can see notifications such as campaign started, campaign completed, campaign paused, lead replies, connection request acceptances, new inbox messages, and updates related to workspace members. This section helps you stay updated with regular campaigns and lead activities.
System Notifications
The System section contains important alerts related to account security and platform connections. You will receive notifications about expired LinkedIn sessions, disconnected integrations that require reconnection, workspace security alerts, subscription billing issues, and failed payments. These notifications help you quickly identify and resolve important system-related issues.
Product Updates
The Product Updates section keeps you informed about new features and platform improvements. Here, you can see notifications about newly released features, feature enhancements, product announcements, and other platform-wide updates. This helps you stay updated with the latest changes and improvements available in the system.
The LinkedIn section contains notifications related to your LinkedIn account activity and connection status. Here, you can see updates such as LinkedIn account connections, expired LinkedIn sessions, connection request acceptances, and new inbox messages. These notifications help you stay informed about your LinkedIn engagement and ensure your account remains properly connected for uninterrupted outreach activities.
Campaign
The Campaign section contains updates related to your outreach campaign activities. You will receive notifications when a campaign starts, completes, pauses, stops, or encounters errors during execution. This section helps you monitor the progress and performance of your campaigns and quickly take action if any issue occurs.
Workspace
The Workspace section contains notifications related to workspace administration and team management activities. Here, you can see updates such as new team member additions, member removals, role changes, and other workspace-related actions. These notifications help you stay aware of team activity and workspace management updates.
Workspace section
In the Workspace section, you can view the list of all available workspaces that you have access to in Flowkon. Below the workspace list, you will find the Invite Team Members option. By clicking on this option, you can invite new members to join the selected workspace.
You can add team members by entering their email addresses and sending an invitation. Once they accept the invitation, they will gain access to the workspace based on the assigned permissions and roles.
This feature helps teams collaborate efficiently by allowing multiple users to manage campaigns, leads, and outreach activities within the same workspace.

Security section
The Security section allows you to manage and update the password for your Flowkon account.
In this section, you can change your current password by entering:
- Your existing password
- A new password
- Confirming the new password
Updating your password regularly helps improve account security and protects your Flowkon account from unauthorized access.
After entering the required details, click on the change Password button to save the changes successfully.
