Two factor authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security for your account by requiring a verification code during login along with your password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. 

To use this feature, you need the Google Authenticator app for generating secure verification codes. 

How do you access and enable Two-Factor Authentication?

1. Click on the user profile and select the My profile option.

2. In the Security section, you can see the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) option

3. Click on the Enable button to open the QR code. Scan the QR code using the Google Authenticator app on your phone, enter the verification PIN generated in the app, and then click on the Confirm Authentication button. 

Verifying two factor authentication

You can verify that Two-Factor Authentication is enabled by logging out of Flowkon and logging back in again. After entering your login credentials and clicking on the Login button, you will be prompted to enter the verification code generated in your authenticator app. 

How to disable two factor authentication

If you want to disable Two-Factor Authentication, follow these steps: 

1. Click on the user profile and select the My profile option.

2. In the Security section, you can see the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) option with a Disable button. Click on the Disable button then you need to enter the verification code from your authenticator app. After entering the code, click on the Disable 2FA button. 

How to change flowkon login password?

1. Click on the user profile and select the My profile option.

2. Go to the Security section, enter your old password, new password, and confirm the new password. Then click on the Change Password button to update your password.
