How to add a dynamic placeholders?

To add a dynamic placeholder to a follow-up message or email, click on the Dynamic Placeholder option.

After clicking, a pop-up window will appear with the following fields:

Select Placeholder Variable – Choose the placeholder variable you want to use in your message, such as first name, company name, job title, or any other available field. The selected variable will automatically pull data for each lead and personalize the message.

When Value is Present – Enter the text that should appear when the selected placeholder contains a value. For example, if the lead’s company name is available, the message will display the company name in this section.

When Value is Missing / Empty – Enter the alternative text that should appear if the selected placeholder does not have any value. This helps ensure your message still looks natural and complete even when some lead information is unavailable.

Once everything is added, click on Insert Condition.

Click on the Save Changes button to save the message.
You can also preview the message by clicking on the Preview button.
