Subscription FAQ's

When are email credits deducted?

Email credits are deducted only when the requested email address is successfully found. If no email address is found, no email credits are deducted.

Do email finder credits expire?

Yes, your monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, if you purchase add-on credits, they never expire — they stay in your account until you actually use them.

For example, if you have 100 monthly credits and purchase 1000 add-on credits, only the unused add-on credits carry over next month — regardless of whether you used your 100 monthly credits. So you'd start next month with 1000 credits, not 1100.

Can I upgrade my subscription later?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription later.

Is there any daily credit limit?

No. There is no daily credit limit in Flowkon.

However, you can set a daily limit for the number of requests Flowkon can send. You can configure these daily limits for different LinkedIn actions from the Interaction Settings in your account.

Credits are allocated on a monthly basis according to the subscription plan you choose. Your monthly credits are automatically replenished at the beginning of each billing cycle.

If you require more credits before your monthly renewal, you can purchase an additional Credits Plan to increase the number of credits available in your account. This allows you to continue using Flowkon without waiting for your next monthly credit allocation.

Where Can I Find My Payment History?

You can view your previous payments and transaction details from the Subscription/Billing section.

Steps to View Payment History

  1. Click on your Account.
  2. Go to Billing/Subscription.

  1. Open the Payment History section.

Here, you can view all the payments you have made.

What happens when payment fails?

If a subscription renewal payment cannot be processed successfully, the following may happen:

  • Your subscription status may change to Past Due.
  • Flowkon may automatically retry the payment.
  • During this period, premium or paid features may become temporarily unavailable.
