How do I purchase email finder credits?
Email Finder credits can be purchased separately from your subscription plan in Flowkon. These credits provide additional usage for the Email Finder feature, allowing you to find and verify email addresses for prospects.
This is useful when your regular credit limit is exhausted and you need additional credits for outreach activities.
How Do Credit Packs Work?
Credit packs add extra Email Finder credits to your account, which can be used anytime based on your requirements.
Available credit pack options may include:
- 1k Credits
- 5k Credits
- 10k Credits
- 20k Credits
Different credit packs are available to suit different usage needs. The cost of each pack depends on the number of credits selected.
Once purchased, the credits are added directly to your account and can be used immediately after payment confirmation.
How to purchase credits
To purchase Email Finder credits:
- Click on Billing/Subscription from the Profile dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Credit Plan tab
- On the Credit Plan page, select the number of credits you want to purchase.
- Click Purchase to complete the credit purchase
- Click on continue to payment.
- Complete the payment process
After successful payment confirmation, the purchased credits will be automatically added to your account. This allows you to continue using the Email Finder feature without interruption. You can view your remaining credits.
Do credits expire?
Yes
Purchased Email Finder credits remain available until they are used. Your monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, if you purchase add-on credits, they never expire — they stay in your account until you actually use them.
For example, if you have 100 monthly credits and purchase 1000 add-on credits, only the unused add-on credits carry over next month — regardless of whether you used your 100 monthly credits. So you'd start next month with 1000 credits, not 1100.
