Managing LinkedIn Seats
Each subscription plan in Flowkon includes a specific number of LinkedIn account seats. These seats determine how many LinkedIn accounts can be connected and used under your subscription.
Where can I see my seats?
To view your LinkedIn seat details:
- Open the Profile Menu. Click on Billing / Subscription

- Navigate to the Connected LinkedIn Accounts section you'll find:
- Total seats available
- Seats currently used
- Assigned LinkedIn accounts

How to add/remove the seats
- On the Subscription page, click Upgrade Plan or Upgrade Now from the left sidebar.

- You will be redirected to the Plans page. Scroll down to find the section where you can increase the number of seats by clicking on the + icon and you can reduce the seats by clicking on - icon.

- Click on continue to payment. Any increase or decrease in the number of seats will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Removing an account
You can remove a LinkedIn account from your subscription whenever you need to free up an occupied seat for another account.
This is useful when:
- A team member no longer needs access
- You want to assign the seat to a different LinkedIn account
- You need to manage seat usage more efficiently
Once a LinkedIn account is removed from a seat assignment, that seat becomes available and can be assigned to another account under your subscription.
Removing a seat only removes the LinkedIn account from your subscription seat. It does not delete the account from Flowkon.
What happens if all seats are used?
If all the LinkedIn seats included in your subscription are already occupied, you will not be able to assign or connect another LinkedIn account until a seat becomes available.
In this case, you have two options:
- Upgrade Your Subscription – Upgrade to a higher plan in Flowkon to get additional LinkedIn seats. This allows you to connect more LinkedIn accounts.
- Remove an Existing Assignment – Remove a LinkedIn account from one of the currently occupied seats to free up space for a new account.
Once a seat becomes available, you can assign it to another LinkedIn account. This helps ensure that seat usage stays within your subscription limit.
