Conversations overview

The Conversations in Flowkon allows users to manage LinkedIn conversations directly from the platform, making communication with leads more organized and efficient. Instead of switching between LinkedIn and multiple other tools, users can view conversations, reply to messages, and manage interactions from a single centralized inbox.

The Smart Inbox also supports sending file attachments during conversations, helping users share important resources with prospects quickly and seamlessly. This makes it easier to send documents, presentations, images, videos, and other supporting materials while communicating with leads.

Flowkon supports multiple attachment formats, including:

 Documents

  • .pdf
  • .docx
  • .xlsx
  • .pptx
  • .csv

These document formats are useful for sharing proposals, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business-related files with prospects.

Images

  • .png
  • .jpg
  • .jpeg
  • .gif

Image files can be used to share product visuals, banners, screenshots, creatives, or other visual content during conversations.

 Videos

  • .mp4
  • .mov
  • .avi
  • .mkv
  • .webm

Video attachments help users share demos, tutorials, product walkthroughs, promotional content, and other engaging media directly with leads.

By supporting multiple file formats, the  Inbox helps improve communication, enhances lead engagement, and makes conversations more interactive and professional within Flowkon.

All sensitive customer information, including inbox messages, email content, and integration payloads, is protected using Application-Level Authenticated Encryption (AES-256-GCM). Unlike standard database encryption, sensitive data is encrypted before it is stored in the system. This zero-trust security architecture ensures that even in the unlikely event of a database compromise, private messages and sensitive details remain secure and unreadable.
