Where do you manage your conversations?
The Conversations in Flowkon allows users to manage unified (LinkedIn, Email, Inmail) conversations directly from the platform, making communication with prospects more organized and efficient. Instead of switching between LinkedIn and multiple other tools, users can view conversations, reply to messages, and manage interactions from a single centralized inbox.
Initially you will get the no messages yet page. Your conversations will appear here once you start messaging through the Flowkon campaign. Send your first message to begin a chat. As you exchange messages, your conversation history will be displayed here, allowing you to easily view previous messages, follow ongoing discussions, and continue your conversations seamlessly.

From this page, you can search for specific conversations, filter messages by channel or status, and continue conversations directly within Flowkon. The conversation list displays all your recent interactions, while the chat window lets you view the complete message history and send new messages. A dedicated profile panel provides additional details about the selected prospect, including their role, company, location, and a quick link to their LinkedIn profile also in which campaign they are added.

Search for conversations using the search bar
The search bar at the top of the conversation list allows you to quickly locate specific conversations. Simply enter a prospect's name to filter the conversation list and find the conversation you're looking for. This is especially useful when managing a large number of conversations.
Filter conversations by All, Unread, LinkedIn, Email, or InMail
Use the available filters to narrow down the conversation list based on your requirement.
- All displays every conversation regardless of the communication channel.
- Unread shows only conversations containing unread messages, helping you prioritize pending responses.
- LinkedIn displays conversations that took place through LinkedIn messaging. You can connect your LinkedIn account by clicking on LinkedIn account on the top.
- Email filters conversations sent and received via email. You can connect your email from mailbox in my profile.
- InMail displays conversations initiated through LinkedIn InMail.
These filters make it easier to focus on specific types of conversations without manually searching through the entire list.
Read the complete conversation history
Selecting a conversation opens the complete message history in the center panel. Messages are displayed with their timestamps, allowing you to review previous interactions before sending a reply. Having the full conversation history available helps you maintain context and provide more relevant responses.
Send messages directly from the conversation window
The message composer at the bottom of the conversation window allows you to continue the conversation without leaving the page. Simply type your message and send it directly to the selected prospect. This enables you to communicate seamlessly while keeping the entire conversation history readily accessible.
Add emojis or attachments while composing a message
To make your conversations more engaging, you can insert emojis using the emoji picker available next to the message input field. You can also attach supported files or documents using the attachment option before sending your message. These features help personalize your communication and provide additional context when needed.

View prospect details
The right-side profile panel displays important information about the selected prospect, helping you understand their professional background before engaging with them. Depending on the available profile information, you can view details such as:
- Profile photo
- Full name
- Current job title
- Company name
- Location
- Campaign in which they are included.
Having this information readily available allows you to personalize your conversations and better understand the prospect you're communicating with.
Can I Edit a Message After It Has Been Sent?
No — once a message has been sent to a prospect, that specific message cannot be edited or changed for them.
However, you can edit the message node in the Campaign Builder. Any changes you make will apply to prospects who haven't reached that step yet — so future prospects moving through the campaign will receive the updated message. Prospects who already received the original version will not see the change.
