How to export leads?

You can easily export the leads from any completed search in Flowkon for use in your CRM, spreadsheets, or other business tools.

1. Open the Search page from the left navigation menu.

2. Click on the search name whose leads you want to export.

3. On the search details page, click the Download button located in the top-right corner.

4. In the Extract & Export Leads window, choose whether you want to:
   • Export all available leads, or
   • Export a specific number of leads by entering the desired quantity.
5. Select your preferred export format:
   • CSV
   • Excel (.xlsx)

6. Click Download to generate and save the file to your device.

Tip: Exporting a specific number of leads is useful when you want to distribute prospects across multiple campaigns or share only a portion of your search results with your team.
