The Lead Details page gives you a complete view of an individual lead, helping you understand their profile, interactions, and engagement history in one place.
The lead’s LinkedIn profile is available here, giving you quick access to their professional background, role, and credibility, which helps in personalizing your outreach. An Add Email button is also provided, allowing you to manually add or update the lead’s email address when needed, ensuring better contact and communication accuracy.
You can also see the Add to Campaign button, which allows you to directly add the lead to the currently running campaign. This makes it easy to include the lead in ongoing outreach without manually searching them, ensuring a faster and more seamless campaign management process.

Contact Information
This section contains all available contact details of the lead, such as email address, phone number, LinkedIn URL. It ensures you have multiple ways to connect with the prospect.

CRM sync status
In this section you can view the CRM platforms where the lead has been successfully synced, helping you track and confirm the systems in which the lead data is currently available, ensuring consistency and visibility across all connected tools.

Company details
In this section, you can view information about the lead’s company and website details. This helps you better understand the lead’s work environment and tailor your messaging accordingly.

Campaign participation
In this section, you can see the list of all campaigns in which the lead has been included. This gives you visibility into how the lead has been targeted across different outreach within Flowkon.

Message section
The Messages section displays all the communications sent to the lead. This includes follow-up messages, helping you track what has already been shared and avoid repetition.
Activity timeline
This section stores the complete activity history of the lead. It includes all interactions such as follow up messages, profile visit, and other engagement actions. It provides a clear timeline of how the lead has interacted with your campaigns.
