Webhook

Webhooks allow Flowkon to instantly send information to your external applications whenever important events happen inside your workspace. Instead of manually checking for updates, your systems can automatically receive real-time notifications and trigger the next step in your workflow.

For example, you can automatically:

  • Create or update records in your CRM when a lead replies.
  • Notify your team in Slack when a campaign action is completed.
  • Trigger custom automations in your internal systems.
  • Keep external databases synchronized with your LinkedIn outreach activity.

Webhooks use standard HTTP POST requests and can be integrated with virtually any platform that supports incoming webhooks.

Accessing the Webhooks Page

To manage your webhooks:

  1. Open the Webhooks section from the left navigation menu.

  1. You'll find two tabs:
    • Webhooks — Manage your active webhook endpoints.
    • History — View recent webhook delivery attempts and their status.

What do the webhook events mean?

Whenever one of the selected events occurs in Flowkon, the system sends the related lead or campaign information to your configured webhook URL. This allows you to automate workflows, update your CRM, or trigger actions in other applications.

Profile viewed

Whenever a lead's LinkedIn profile is visited through a Flowkon campaign, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

Connection request sent

Whenever a connection request is successfully sent to a lead, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

Connection request withdrawn

If a previously sent connection request is withdrawn, the webhook will be triggered for that lead.

Follow sent

Whenever Flowkon follows a lead's LinkedIn profile, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

Endorsement sent

If a lead's skill is endorsed through a campaign, the webhook will trigger for that lead.

Post liked

Whenever a lead's LinkedIn post is liked by Flowkon, the webhook will be triggered.

Follow-up message sent

Whenever a follow-up message is sent to a lead during a campaign, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

InMail sent

If an InMail message is sent to a lead, the webhook will trigger for that contact.

Email sent

Whenever an email is successfully sent through a campaign, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

Company follow invite sent

If a company follow invitation is sent to a lead, the webhook will be triggered.

Campaign created

Whenever a new campaign is created in your workspace, the campaign details will be sent to the webhook.

When a campaign is activated and starts processing leads, a notification will be sent to the webhook.

Campaign finished

A notification will be sent to the webhook once a campaign has completed all of its scheduled actions.

LinkedIn account connected

Whenever a LinkedIn account is successfully connected to Flowkon, the account information will be sent to the webhook.

LinkedIn account disconnected

If a LinkedIn account is removed or disconnected from Flowkon, the webhook will be triggered.

Contact tagged

Whenever a tag is added to a lead, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

Contact replied first time

This webhook is triggered when a lead sends their very first reply after entering a campaign.

It can be useful for notifying your sales team about newly engaged prospects.

Contact replied to campaign

Whenever a lead replies to a campaign message, the lead's information will be sent to the webhook.

Unlike the "Contact replied first time" event, this webhook can trigger multiple times for the same lead.

Connection request accepted

All leads who accept your LinkedIn connection request will be sent to the webhook.

This includes connection requests sent through Flowkon campaigns.

Email opened

If a lead opens an email sent through a Flowkon campaign, the webhook will trigger.

Email clicked

If a lead clicks a tracked link inside an email, the webhook will be triggered for that lead.

No connection requests scheduled

A notification will be sent when there are no more upcoming connection requests scheduled for the connected LinkedIn account.

No messages scheduled

A notification will be sent when all scheduled campaign messages have been processed and no further messages remain.

Nothing scheduled

A notification will be sent when there are no more upcoming activities scheduled for the connected LinkedIn account, including connection requests, messages, and other campaign actions.
