Managing Your Webhooks

Once you have created a webhook, you can easily manage, update, or remove it from the Webhooks page.

The Webhooks page gives you a complete overview of all webhook endpoints configured for your workspace, including the events they listen for and their current status.

Understanding the Webhooks List

Each webhook entry displays the following information:

Webhook Name and Url

The name you assigned when creating the webhook. This helps you quickly identify its purpose.

Below the name, you'll also see the destination URL where Flowkon sends event data.

Events

The Events column shows which Flowkon events are subscribed to that webhook.

If multiple events are configured, the first few will be displayed directly, with a "+X more" indicator showing how many additional events are attached.

Hovering over or editing the webhook allows you to review the complete event list.

Status

Each webhook can be either:

  • Active — Flowkon will deliver event notifications to the configured endpoint.
  • Inactive — The webhook remains saved, but no events will be sent until it is enabled again.

You can quickly enable or disable a webhook by using the toggle switch.

Editing a Webhook

If you need to update a webhook:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of the webhook.

  1. Select Edit.

  1. Update the webhook name, destination URL, or subscribed events.

  1. Save your changes.

The updated configuration will be applied immediately.

Enabling or Disabling a Webhook

Sometimes you may want to temporarily pause event deliveries without deleting the webhook.

Simply use the toggle switch next to the webhook status:

  • Turn it On to start receiving events.
  • Turn it Off to temporarily stop deliveries.

Your webhook configuration and selected events will remain saved.

Deleting a Webhook

If you no longer need a webhook:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮).

  1. Select Delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion.

Once deleted, Flowkon will permanently stop sending events to that endpoint.

Note: Deleting a webhook cannot be undone. If you need it again, you'll have to create a new webhook.

Tips

  • Use descriptive names such as HubSpot Sync, Slack Notifications, or CRM Automation to easily identify your webhooks.
  • Disable a webhook instead of deleting it if you plan to use it again later.
  • Review the History tab regularly to ensure your webhook deliveries are successful.
