How to configure action limits?
The Daily Action Limits feature allows you to configure a fixed daily limit for individual LinkedIn activities. Unlike Action Ranges, which randomly selects a value between a minimum and maximum range, Daily Action Limits always use the exact value you configure for each activity.
This setting is useful when you want consistent and predictable campaign activity while maintaining complete control over the maximum number of actions performed each day.
Accessing Daily Action Limits
To configure Daily Action Limits, navigate to Settings from the left sidebar and open the Actions Control tab.
Locate the Daily Action Limits section and enable it to begin configuring fixed daily limits for individual LinkedIn activities.
Note: Only one activity control mode can be enabled at a time. Enabling Daily Action Limits automatically disables the other available activity control modes
Enable Daily Action Limits
Enable the toggle located in the top-right corner of the Daily Action Limits section.
Once enabled, Flowkon uses the configured daily limits for each supported LinkedIn activity during campaign execution.
Configure Individual Activity Limits
Each LinkedIn activity is displayed as an individual row with its own configurable daily limit. Every activity can be configured independently, allowing you to assign different limits based on your outreach strategy.
Each row contains the following information.
Activity Name
The activity name identifies the LinkedIn action that the configured limit applies to, such as Connect, Follow Up, View Profile, or Like.
Each activity is configured separately, allowing you to customize daily limits for different types of outreach.
Daily Limit Slider
The slider allows you to configure the maximum number of times the selected activity can be performed during a single day.
Move the slider to increase or decrease the daily limit. Flowkon will use the exact value selected for that activity until you update it again.
For example, if the Connect activity is configured with a daily limit of 39, Flowkon can perform up to 39 connection requests during the day.
Minimum and Maximum Values
Each slider displays the minimum and maximum values supported for that activity.
The minimum value is 0, allowing the activity to be disabled if required.
The maximum value varies depending on the LinkedIn activity. For example, Connect supports a different maximum limit than View Profile or Email, allowing each activity to be configured according to its supported range.
Configured Value
The value displayed above the slider represents the currently configured daily limit for that activity.
Unlike Action Ranges, this value does not change automatically. Flowkon consistently uses the configured value until it is updated.
Supported Activities
Daily Action Limits can be configured individually for the following LinkedIn activities:
- Connect
- Follow Up
- View Profile
- Follow
- Like
- Endorse
- Company Follow Invite
- InMail
Each activity maintains its own fixed daily limit, allowing you to configure different limits for different types of LinkedIn interactions.
Save Your Changes
After configuring the required daily limits, click Save Changes to apply the updated settings.
Once the changes have been saved successfully, Flowkon begins using the configured daily limits for each enabled LinkedIn activity during campaign execution.
