Engagement funnel
The engagement funnel provides a summary of your LinkedIn outreach performance by showing how prospects progress through each stage of your campaigns. It helps you measure the effectiveness of your connection requests and follow-up messages, allowing you to identify where prospects are engaging and where improvements can be made.

Invites Sent
The Invites Sent metric displays the total number of LinkedIn connection requests sent to prospects during the selected date range.
This metric helps you understand your outreach volume and track how many new prospects have been contacted through your campaigns.
Example:
- Invites Sent: 194
This means your campaigns have sent 194 connection requests to LinkedIn prospects.
Acceptance Rate
The Acceptance Rate shows the percentage of connection requests that were accepted by prospects.
Flowkon also displays the number of accepted requests alongside the total number of connection requests sent.
Formula:
Acceptance Rate = (Accepted Connection Requests ÷ Total Connection Requests Sent) × 100
Example:
- Invites Sent: 33
- Accepted Connections: 16
- Acceptance Rate: 48.5%
This means 16 out of 33 people accepted your connection request.
A higher acceptance rate generally indicates that your targeting, LinkedIn profile, and connection request strategy are effective.
Messages Sent
The Messages Sent metric displays the total number of LinkedIn messages that have been sent to prospects after they accepted your connection request.
These messages may include:
- Initial welcome messages
- Follow-up messages
- Automated messages configured in your campaign sequence
Example:
- Messages Sent: 1
This means Flowkon has sent 1 automated message to connected prospects during the selected period.
Connection Reply Rate
The Connection Reply Rate measures how many accepted connections replied to your messages.
Unlike the Acceptance Rate, this metric only considers prospects who have already accepted your connection request.
Formula:
Connection Reply Rate = (Replies Received ÷ Accepted Connections) × 100
Example:
- Accepted Connections: 16
- Replies Received: 5
- Connection Reply Rate: 31.3%
This means 5 out of 16 accepted connections replied to your outreach message.
A higher Connection Reply Rate indicates that your messaging is engaging and encourages prospects to start a conversation.(add image)
Message Reply Rate
The Message Reply Rate measures the percentage of sent messages that received a response from prospects.
This metric helps evaluate the effectiveness of your automated messaging sequence and indicates how well your messages encourage engagement.
Formula:
Message Reply Rate = (Replies Received ÷ Messages Sent) × 100
Example:
- Messages Sent: 20
- Replies Received: 5
- Message Reply Rate: 25%
This means 5 out of 20 messages received a reply from prospects.
A higher Message Reply Rate generally indicates that your message content, personalization, and follow-up strategy are effective in generating conversations.(add image)
