Flowkon Onboarding

Welcome to Flowkon! During onboarding, we'll help you personalize your workspace, connect LinkedIn, and prepare your account for automation.

The entire process usually takes less than 3 minutes, and your progress is automatically saved after each completed step.

Step 1: Choose Your Role

Tell us what best describes your position.

Available options include:

Founder / CEO
Sales
Marketing
Operations
Product
People & HR
Other

This helps us tailor your onboarding experience.

Step 2: Tell Us Your Team Size

Select the size of your team.

This step is used to help us improve product recommendations.

Examples:

1–5
6–15
16–30
31–50
51–100
100+

You can skip this step if you prefer.

Step 3: How Did You Discover Flowkon?

Help us understand how you found us.

You can select one or multiple options, including:

LinkedIn
Email
Search
Referral
Content
Events
Social Media
Podcast

This information is only used internally and does not affect your account.

Step 4: Create Your Workspace

Every Flowkon account includes a dedicated workspace.

By default, we generate a workspace name from your email domain, but you can customize it before continuing.

Example workspace names:

acme
growthteam
myagency

Your workspace can be renamed later from the Workspace Settings page.

Step 5: Select Your Industry

Choose the industry that best matches your business.

Some available options include:

SaaS
Agency
Consulting
Recruiting
Education
Finance
Healthcare
Other

This step is optional.

Step 6: Connect Your LinkedIn Account

Flowkon requires a LinkedIn connection to automate outreach campaigns.

Simply provide:

LinkedIn email address
LinkedIn password+

Depending on LinkedIn's security checks, you may also be asked to complete additional verification.

Email or SMS Verification (OTP)

Enter the verification code sent by LinkedIn.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If your account uses an authenticator app, enter your current security code.

In-App Verification

Sometimes LinkedIn asks you to approve the login from your browser or mobile app.

Once approved, Flowkon automatically continues the setup process.

Note: A LinkedIn account can only be connected to one Flowkon workspace at a time.

Step 7: Choose Your Access ( Subscription ) Option

Depending on your account, you'll see one or more of the following options.

Start Free Trial

Begin your Flowkon trial and explore all available features.

Continue Without Payment

Some users may complete onboarding without entering payment information and configure billing later.

Choose a Paid Plan

Proceed directly to subscription setup.

The options available depend on your account type or invitation.

Step 8: Select Your Subscription Plan

If you choose a paid plan, you'll be able to:

Select a billing cycle

Choose the number of seats
Review pricing
Complete secure payment

After successful payment, your subscription activates automatically and onboarding continues.

If payment verification takes a little longer, you can retry verification directly from the onboarding screen.

Step 9: Watch the Quick Product Tour

Before entering your dashboard, you'll see a short introduction to Flowkon.

The walkthrough covers:

LinkedIn automation
Campaign management
Lead organization
Workspace navigation

When you're ready, click Finish Setup.

Welcome to Flowkon

Once onboarding is complete, your workspace is created automatically and you'll be taken to your dashboard.

From there, you can:

Connect additional LinkedIn accounts
Create your first campaign
Import leads
Launch automation
Invite team members

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I skip some onboarding steps?

Yes. Team Size, Industry, and Discovery Source are optional.

What happens if I close the onboarding page?

Your progress is automatically saved after each completed step. Simply sign in again to continue where you left off.

Can I change my workspace name later?

Yes. Workspace settings can be updated after onboarding.

My LinkedIn verification failed. What should I do?

Complete any required OTP, 2FA, or in-app verification request and try again.

If the problem continues, contact Flowkon Support.

Can I connect additional LinkedIn accounts later?

Yes. You can add more accounts from the Connections section inside your workspace.

How long does onboarding take?

Most users complete the entire process in under 3 minutes.
