How to create a Flowkon account ?

To create a new Flowkon account, open the Sign-Up page and follow the steps below.

Create your account

When the registration form appears, complete the following fields:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Password
• Confirm Password

Your password should be at least 8 characters long and should contain a combination of letters and numbers for better security.

Once you've entered your information, click the Continue button.

Flowkon will automatically create your account and send a verification email to the address you provided.

Sign up with Google

Alternatively, you can register using your Google account.

Simply click the Continue with Google button.

A Google authentication window will appear showing the Google accounts currently signed in on your device.

Select the account you want to use and approve the required permissions.

Once completed, your Flowkon account will be created automatically.

Joining through a workspace invitation

If you've been invited to a Flowkon workspace, the invitation link may automatically pre-fill your email address.

In this case:

• Your email field will be locked and cannot be edited.
• Complete the remaining fields.
• Click Continue to create your account.

After verification, you'll automatically join the workspace you were invited to.

Verify your email address

Important: Your account will not become active until you verify your email address.

After signing up, Flowkon will send you a verification email.

Open the email and click the Verify Email button.

Once verification is complete, your account will be activated and you'll be able to sign in.

Didn't receive the verification email?

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
• Return to the verification screen and click Resend Verification Email.

A new verification email will be sent immediately.

Getting started after sign up

After logging in for the first time, you can start setting up your Flowkon workspace.

Typical next steps include:

• Creating or joining a workspace
• Connecting your LinkedIn account
• Creating your first outreach campaign

Depending on your invitation or workspace configuration, some of these steps may already be completed for you.

How to sign in to your Flowkon account?

To access your Flowkon workspace, open the Flowkon Sign In page and enter the login credentials you used during registration.

You can sign in using either:

• Your email address and password
• Your Google account (if you registered with Google or use the same Google email address)

Sign in with your email and password

1. Open the Flowkon login page.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Flowkon account.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click the Continue button.

If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your Flowkon workspace.

Sign in with Google

You can also use the Continue with Google option.

Click the Continue with Google button and select the Google account associated with your Flowkon profile.

Important: Even if you originally created your account using email and password, you can still use Google Sign-In later, as long as you choose the same email address that was used to register your Flowkon account.

Google sign-in issues

If Google authentication fails, you may see an error message indicating that the sign-in attempt was unsuccessful.

In this case:

• Verify that you selected the correct Google account.
• Make sure the Google email matches the email used for your Flowkon account.
• Try signing in again.
• If the issue persists, contact the Flowkon support team.

Signing in after accepting a workspace invitation

If you received a workspace invitation from a teammate:

• New users can create an account directly from the invitation link.
• Existing users can simply sign in using their current credentials.

After authentication, you will automatically join the shared workspace associated with the invitation.

Can I use my Gmail address to sign up?

Yes. You can register using any valid email address, including Gmail.

Can I register using Google?

Yes. Click Continue with Google and select the Google account you want to use.

What happens if I receive a workspace invitation?

Your invitation link will automatically associate your account with the workspace after registration and email verification.

Why can't I edit my email address?

If you open a workspace invitation link, the email address is pre-filled to ensure you join the correct workspace.

Do I need to verify my email?

Yes. Email verification is required before you can access your Flowkon account.

I already have an account. Should I sign up again?

No. If you already have a Flowkon account, use the Sign In page instead of creating a new account.
