Campaign analytics and reports
- Leads
The Leads shows the total number of leads added to the campaign. This helps you track the number of prospects included in your outreach campaign.
- Acceptance rate
The Acceptance Rate shows the percentage of connection requests that were accepted by your leads during the campaign. This metric helps you understand how effective your outreach strategy and connection requests are. A higher acceptance rate usually indicates that your targeting, personalization, and engagement approach are working well.
- Status
The Status metric shows the current state of the campaign, such as Active, Paused, Completed, or Draft. This helps you quickly understand whether the campaign is currently running, temporarily stopped, finished, or still in the draft stage. You can also see the date on which the campaign was created, making it easier to track campaign activity and management timelines.
- Response rate
The Response Rate displays the percentage of leads who replied to your messages or outreach sequence. This helps measure how engaging and relevant your campaign communication is. Monitoring response rates can help you optimize your messaging strategy and improve lead interactions.
- Actions:
The Actions menu provides different options to manage and control your campaigns directly from the campaign dashboard. These options help users quickly perform campaign-related operations without creating a new campaign.
- Edit: The Edit option allows users to modify campaign details, settings, even after creating the campaign
- Delete: The Delete option permanently removes the campaign from the workspace. Once deleted, the campaign and its associated data will no longer be accessible, so this action should be used carefully.
- Terminate: The Terminate option immediately stops the running campaign and prevents any further outreach actions from being executed. This is useful when you want to stop a campaign completely without waiting for the remaining sequence steps to finish.
