Reusing prospects from a paused campaign

If you want to use a prospect that is already part of a campaign, but the campaign is paused and you do not plan to run it again, you can terminate the campaign.

Once the campaign is terminated:

• The prospects associated with the terminated campaign can be used in another campaign.
• You can still view the history of the terminated campaign for future reference.
• The terminated campaign remains visible in your workspace, allowing you to review its previous activity and performance.

Important: If you delete the campaign instead of terminating it, the campaign will be permanently removed from your workspace, and you will no longer be able to view its campaign history.
